El Paso Museum of History Free Virtual Summer Workshops
The El Paso Museum of History will be offering FREE at-home virtual workshops for Summer 2020 for the months of July and August. Interested participants will have the opportunity to sign up for their workshop of interest beginning the Monday before each workshop. A randomized drawing will take place for 10 participants to receive FREE at-home workshop kits including all materials needed for the workshop.
Workshop sign-up will be available Monday 8 AM - Thursday 12 PM. FREE kit recipients will be notified Thursday at 3 PM. At-home workshop kits will be available for curbside pick-up at our Museum's loading dock (510 N. Santa Fe, loading dock entrance at W Missouri Ave) Link to virtual workshop video will sent to participants on Saturday via email.

Movies on the FLY
Presented by El Paso Live, Movies on the FLY will be held at Hanger 7 Studios every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in August. Guests will enjoy a variety of family friendly movies on a big screen with sound streamed via FM radio. Concessions won't be available so make sure to pack your favorite drinks and snacks! Tickets must be purchased online ahead of time.

Zoo Adventures
Join the El Paso Zoo this month as they celebrate and teach us how we can help species in the wild! Programs range from about 15 15 minutes up to 45 minutes, depending on the topic, activity, etc. Bring your questions! With many programs, they will have a zoo keeper with them – while their education team knows much about our animals, the zoo keepers work with them every day and certainly know their animals best! Make sure to keep your microphones on mute during the program and if you have a question, the chat function will be available and we will also take questions at the end. Live Active EP
The City of El Paso is proud to introduce Live Active EP, a free platform for the community and the City of El Paso to join together in a city-wide movement to promote better health and wellness by encouraging physical activity, improved nutrition, and strong mental health.
Live Active EP began as an initiative to improve the overall health of our community as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 crisis, it is vital to take an active lead to assist our community in focusing on their personal fitness and nutrition so that everyone is be ready, physically and mentally, for the next possible wave of COVID-19 infections and the upcoming flu season.
