Douglas and Rebecca are building this business as a homage to their grandfathers, Aaron Schwartz and George Haims, both of whom had restaurants in El Paso, Texas, and New York City. “Aaron and George’s” is inspired by El Paso’s iconic, trailblazing Fellini’s Film Cafe on Cincinnati Avenue and arthouse theatres in New York like Spectacle in Williamsburg and Film Forum in SoHo. We love movies, popcorn, and a good cup of coffee, We hope you like these things too!
