This private club provides golfers with a nine-hole course and medium-sized greens with just enough slope to test your putting skills. The fairways are bordered with an abundance of foliage and trees. The Anthony golf course opened in 1950.

The 18-hole course at the Municipal Golf facility features 6,565 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course also has a nine-hole short course, or practice course called the Delta Nine. The course has a clubhouse, putting green, driving range as well as space for meetings. Designed by George Hoffman, the Ascarate golf course opened in 1955. The golf course is situated alongside Ascarate Lake, which covers 48 surface acres, including a small lake at 4 acres. The Ascarate Golf course has a rich history where generations of players have learned the game. Playing at Ascarate Golf Course is a tradition for many El Paso families and many that come to visit El Paso.

Each hole was named after a different stop on the historical Butterfield Overland Mail Company route, which operated for three years in the mid-1850’s, carrying mail and passengers from Missouri to San Francisco.
Located on the Franklin Mountains in West El Paso, Coronado Golf & Country Club offers a truly unique country club experience. This year round 18-hole private club was built in 1956 and sits at an elevation of 4,700 feet, each hole is different from the one before, from elevated tees to finely groomed greens, challenging every club in your bag.
Desert East Golf Driving Range is a full-service golf practice facility. The fully lighted facility is open for practice until 10pm, 7 days a week.

A fully lit driving range and two lighted chipping/putting greens, allow you to practice at your convenience, day or night. Lone Star has become The Public Golf Course of El Paso, yet one will feel as if they were at a premiere private club. Between the friendly staff, the well groomed greens, and the excellent food in our restaurant, one might say they have found an Oasis in the desert.
Rave reviews keep coming for this championship desert-style 27-hole golf course which has been given 4 1/2 stars and ranked the second-best municipal golf course in the nation by Golf Digest in 1991. Travel & Leisure magazine placed it in the Top 100 courses under $100. There’s a complete practice facility with driving range, chipping, pitching and putting greens.
